Hello friends, i am sure that everyone who want good physique landup with one important question. What are values of macronutrients for optimal muscle growth?? My answer in is rule of 3:2:1 Carbohydrates - 3gm/kg of body weight Protein - 2gm/kg of body weight Fat - 1gm/ kg of body weight Its really a simple formula to calculate daily macros. For example If someones Body weight is 80kgs You need 240gm carbohydrates 160gm protein 80gm fats Important things you should know that Carbohydrates should be complex ( not simple sugars) Fats are very important for better hormone production and functioning. Protein including dietary and supplementary proteins( eg whey protein) both.

Human body is very smart and with long history of evolution it habitual for working in extreme conditions. How fasting reduce inflammation?? How fasting reduce ageing?? Basically fasting for atleast 18 hours lead to activation of vital process called autophagy. Intermittent fasting is a type of fasting practice in which we having eating window and fasting window. Most of the benefits of fasting usually came with 8 hour eating window and 16 hours fasting window. What are benifits??? What is autophagy?? It is a state of normal human body physiology in which body cell eat its non important protein and carbohydrates. Is it normal?? Yes, its all normal human body take about 18 hour's of total fasting to enter in autophagy. Is it useful for body?? Yes, in thousands of years of evolution it develop. In autophagy mostly useless protein and damage protein/ carbohydrates undergo metabolism. How much time it takes?? It take about 18 hour's to enter in autophagy but for maximum benefit take atleast 22 to 24 hour's of continuous fasting. How it helps?? By metabolism of damage protein/receptors/carbohydrates new protein and receptors synthetic began which is very sensitive to normal functioning of hormones and enzymes due to which cell function more efficient and under less oxidative stress.
