is egg diet and keto diet same??
No, keto diet contain eggs and other very low complex carbohydrate foods.
is egg diet is safe??
with my personal opinion egg as single source of nutrition is not a good option, I personally try it for about 30 days in which I use to take about 22 eggs per day to meet my basal calories meetup, one thing is notice that due to ketosis initial 3 to 4 days are worst, feel very low in energy but as time passes I use to feel more energetic and having more mental clearance as i totally undergo in ketosis. it is very easy way to enter in ketosis with only egg diet and I loose about 3 kg in 1st week (because i loose water weight) then about 1 to 2 kg per week and at the end of 30 day egg diet i loose about 7.5 to 8 kg's.
in my opinion there are other better alternatives for proper ketogenic diet and make it sustainable habit not just crash diet.
